Videri Intelligence is Here: the Platform You Already Run, Ready to Go Full Throttle

Introducing Videri Intelligence: the Next Generation of Digital Signage

We built an intelligence layer directly into the Videri platform. Application Studio builds a deployable app from a sentence. Videri Actions runs your network on command. Videri Insights (coming soon) reads what's actually moving the business. Nothing to buy separately, migrate, or wire in. It turns on inside the Videri Portal you already run. Studio and Actions are live today and ready for POC; Insights is around the bend.

Somewhere in your network right now, a screen has gone dark and nobody knows it yet. A creative team is on day three of hand-building a menu board. A quarter of playback data is sitting in a dashboard no one has the hours to open. The reality is that once you’re running a netork at scale, the work outgrows the tools built to handle it, and the people running the network spend their days doing by hand what the platform could be doing for them. The category's answer has been to add a chatbot to the software and call it artificial intelligence. Not with Videri. When you own the screen, the firmware, and the platform underneath, you don't bolt intelligence on top and hope it reaches; you build it into the foundation. Today, we're introducing Videri Intelligence, an intelligence layer built directly into the platform behind more than 90,000 enterprise displays. It's the same one we already operate, with the throttle finally wide open. There is nothing to migrate or wire in. It activates inside the Portal platform we already run.

Their AI rides on top. Ours runs all the way down.

Most of the category's intelligence stops at the software line. It cannot see the device, the firmware, or the audience standing in front of the glass. Because Videri designs the hardware, writes the firmware, and runs the software, our intelligence sees the whole stack. It doesn't just run your network. It learns it, and it's launching with three workflows

Build it: Videri App Studio

Custom signage apps used to mean a developer queue, a budget line, and a wait measured in quarters, so most networks simply went without and let their screens run underpowered. Videri App Studio replaces the queue with a sentence. Describe the layout, the app, and the data it should pull from, whether a menu board tied to live inventory or a lobby wall that greets today's visitors by name, and Studio turns it into a deployable application wired to your POS, programmatic feeds, or business data. Videri hosts it. The Portal pushes it across the fleet. Change a price once and it's gone everywhere. Work that took a designer, a developer, and an integration engineer in sequence now takes one person and a prompt.

Act on it: Videri Actions

Running a signage network is a hundred small jobs nobody sees: dayparts, schedules, brightness settings, one screen at a time, across every site you own. Miss one and it's wrong in public; repeat it at the peril of your bottom line. Videri Actions is the agent living inside the Portal. You give it the command and consider it handled. Swap the burger promo for the new meal deal on every playlist. Set full brightness at 8am and dark after 5pm on every store device. Ask it to show every screen with a scheduling gap in the afternoon. Each action runs inside guardrails your team establishes and trusts: auditable, reversible, and bound by the same access controls you already use. Hours of screen admin collapse into a single sentence, and the network stays right and tight.

Understand it: Videri Insights (coming soon)

The data was always there. Device telemetry, playback, engagement, all of it sitting dormant while the screens performed for an audience nobody measured. The hard part was never finding the answer. It was knowing which question to ask. Videri Insights reads what the network is quietly gathering and surfaces what matters before you think to ask for it: which creative is pulling hardest at the register, which screens are trending toward failure this week, where footfall and transactions fall out of sync and what to promote in the gap. Insights is rolling out progressively as the intelligence layer expands. We're telling you now because it's the payoff the first two layers were built to feed.

One loop, compounding the value

Like a flywheel, the content built in Videri App Studio gets deployed by Videri Actions and measured by Videri Insights, and what Insights learns sharpens the next thing you build. Build, act, understand, improve, via one loop turning on a platform Videriowns end to end. No bolt-on can mimic this, because no bolt-on owns both ends of it. And we built it that way purposefully.

The Videri Intelligence Philosophy

Videri Intelligence reflects five principles behind the company’s approach to enterprise-grade platform intelligence.

Secure. Videri Intelligence operates within Videri’s existing tenant isolation and access-control framework. Data never crosses tenant boundaries, processing respects role-based permissions, and it stays disabled by default for every role except admin. It is also [ME1] covered by the same SOC2 program and protocols as the rest of the Videri platform.

Reliable. The system runs on proven infrastructure and real device intelligence. Insights draws on production-tested analytics. Actions executes inside guardrails that prevent unintended outcomes. App Studio generates applications that meet Videri’s hosting and playback standards. All of it is grounded in operational knowledge accumulated from running Videri’s own fleet, not a generic model trained on somebody else’s hardware.

Flexible. Videri Intelligence is offered in tiers that scale with the fleet, from baseline reporting included in the platform license to application building, on-command operations, and proactive device intelligence in premium tiers.

Easy. It is built for signage operators, not data scientists. Plain-language prompts, persona-driven dashboards, and one-click automations keep the learning curve near zero.

A force multiplier. Videri Intelligence does not replace the people running signage networks. It lets one operator do what used to take a team and gives every customer engineering expertise that used to live only inside Videri.

What's live, and what it costs

Videri App Studio and Videri Actions are available now. Videri Insights is rolling out progressively. Videri Intelligence is a separately licensed capability priced to scale with your fleet, and it stays disabled by default for every role except admin, inside the same tenant isolation and SOC 2 framework as the rest of the platform. Your team still runs the show, but Videri Intelligence is ready to do the heavy lifting. The engine was already under the hood, waiting. Today you get to open it up.

Retail Digital Signage: Meeting the Moment with a View from the Trenches

I've been in this industry long enough to remember when putting a screen on a wall was the innovation. That era is over, and if you're still operating like it isn't, it’s time to catch up quick.

Videri Breaks the 1:1 Hardware Model with Industry-First Software-Defined Dual-Output SoC

At ISE 2026, Videri is introducing a breakthrough in enterprise digital signage: the end of the 1:1 hardware model. For decades, scaling multi-display environments meant adding more media players, more licenses, more cost, and more points of failure. Videri’s new software-defined dual-output architecture changes that equation entirely.
