Marco Pasqual: VP, Software.

Marco Pasqual brings over 25 years of experience to Videri, marked by a rich history of contributions as an individual developer and manager of high-performing teams. His expertise spans a broad range of technical disciplines, providing a unique and holistic approach to solving complex challenges.

Having served as the CTO for JBTec Digital Signage, Marco played a pivotal role in building a SaaS platform from the ground up. His time as Director of Software Development at Scala showcased his ability to navigate intricate digital signage solutions for renowned brands such as T-Mobile, JFK Airport, and Subway.

What sets Marco apart is his pragmatic and effective approach, allowing him to bridge the gap between complex architecture and project requirements. His innate ability to translate project needs into understandable terms positions him as a leader who can effectively communicate with clients and guide teams towards successful outcomes.

As Marco embarks on this new journey with Videri, he brings his excitement and determination to push creative and technical boundaries, fostering innovation and evolution within the organization.

Rob Avery: SVP, Product & Software.

Rob Avery, our new Senior Vice President of Product & Software, is no ordinary leader in the digital signage landscape. With over 20 years of experience, he is a seasoned alchemist, seamlessly blending agency magic, adtech insights, and martech mastery to shape transformative products.

Rob’s approach goes beyond just building technology; it revolves around understanding the essence of users and the experiences that resonate with them. Grounded in his agency roots, he speaks the language of client desires, while his adtech expertise adds data-driven precision to his strategies. His fluency in digital signage translates customer needs into groundbreaking product innovations.

Before joining Videri, Rob served as the VP of Services at Scala, where he contributed to the success of a digital signage SaaS platform. His roles as VP Group Director of Mobile Strategy at Digitas Health/Publicis and VP of Product at Pointroll underscore his ability to drive impact across diverse verticals, working with globally recognized brands like Ford, Apple, and T-Mobile.
