What devices are affected?
DPC3xx Canvases will be affected.
How do I know if I have an affected Canvas?
If you have an affected device, there will be a DPC3xxxxxxxxxx serial number on the back of the Canvas. For in-the-box Canvases, you can refer to the “Part No.” on the Product sticker. Affected Canvases will have a Part No. that ends with —FSS30 or —FSN30.
I have an affected device, what’s next?
If you have an affected device, you will need to provision it before December 31, 2023 to update the firmware on the Canvases.
How do I provision my Canvas?
DPC3xx Canvases can only be provisioned using the web. For guidance, please consult the Videri Web Provisioning Guide.
Is there anything else I need to know?
Once your Canvas e is provisioned, you can no longer factory reset it. Factory resetting after December 31, 2023 will cause your Canvas to become inoperable.
