DPC3 Series End of Life FAQ.

What’s happening?

We are formally ending support for DPC3xx Canvases, effective June 1, 2024.


What devices are affected?

DPC3xx Canvases will be affected. 


How do I know if I have an affected Canvas?

If you have an affected device, there will be a DPC3xxxxxxxxxx serial number on the back of the Canvas. For in-the-box Canvases, you can refer to the “Part No.” on the Product sticker. Affected Canvases will have a Part No. that ends with —FSS30 or —FSN30.


I have an affected device, what does this mean for me?

The end of support for these products means that we will no longer be releasing updates, patches, or security fixes for these devices. These Canvases will continue to function on the Ops Portal (VLE 2) but their performance and security may be compromised over time as technology evolves.


You recently announced the release of Portal3. Can I use my DPC3xx Canvases on Portal3?

No, DPC3xx Canvases can only be used with Ops Portal (VLE 2). Only Spark Canvases and newer models of V-series Canvases can be used on Portal3.
